Before the Treatment
Create a suitable environment, quiet and free from distractions. Sit in a comfortable position and meditate before the treatment. You may simply focus on observing your natural breath for meditation at this stage.
During the Treatment
The distance treatment session will last for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, remain in a meditative state. If you feel uncomfortable, you can alter your position. Try not to analyse while you are receiving the treatment as this will only trigger your mind to interfere with the experience. Just go with the flow and observe.
After the Treatment
The healing energy will remain with you for a while. Healing continues during this period. You may write down your experience and share it with your practitioner. Your correspondence will be kept private.
